This workshop is geared toward healthcare workers, students, healers, and anyone who can relate to being in the role of giver. We will be looking at why we often give too much of ourselves - in our work, in our relationships. In redefining what it truly means to be helpful, we will embody giving from a a place of effortlessness as we learn simple Thai massage techniques. Participants will both receive and learn how to give an easy, satisfying massage sequence and will come away with greater insight into how to engage

Thai Yoga Masssage: A Weekend Intensive

This two-day training prepares each participant to give a full-body, 60-minute Thai massage. We will be exploring body mechanics, transitions between poses, the Buddhist influence of vipassana and metta, and a string of traditional techniques utilizing the entire body.

I will be presenting at the Northeast Regional Association for Experiential Education Conference, discussing the concept of giving with ease while embodying this concept by learning Thai massage. I am thrilled to be sharing the transformative practice of Thai massage with such a large group of experiential facilitators doing inspiring work.
